We use The Courier Guy for local shipping. Once your order has been shipped we will email you your waybill number.

We accept returns for all clothing related items that are size dependent are exchangeable (full-priced, non-international orders) within 30 days of fulfilment. Note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

An original print is a print that was produced solely as a print (i.e. not replicated from an original).

Limited Digital Archival Prints
Digital prints printed on acid free archival paper using archival inks unless otherwise stated. All Soft Serve digital prints are limited editions (i.e. only a set number are produced and sold) and signed and numbered by the artist.
Limited Edition Risograph Prints
A risograph is a form of printing that sits somewhere between screen printing and digital printing. It is often identified by its distinct textures and vivid colours.
Limited Edition Screen Prints
A screen print is a form of printing whereby each the ink is manually transferred onto the page using a squeegee and screen ‘stencil’.
